Accomodation

The suites are independently built with unique architecture and many windows and balconies all around so that you can enjoy the magnificent view. They have been constructed to top standards to ensure soundproofing and steady temperatures. As a result, the suites are not affected by external temperatures, making Sungate an ideal getaway for any season. Some of the suites are also equipped with a fireplace. Built across 8 acres of land, the resort offers ample parking space and the rose gardens are ideal for relaxing walks.

Master Suites:

The master suites can accommodate up to 5 persons. They include:

• A bedroom with a double bed, luxurious and comfortable mattress and big closets. An internal staircase leads to a 20 sq. m. attic, with 2 single beds, which is ideal for children.
• A spacious living room, with panoramic views of the Northern Evoia Sea and the mountain of Parnassos. The living room is equipped with a sofa-bed, armchairs and a table with 4 chairs, so that you may enjoy your meals in the privacy of your own house.
• A fully-equipped kitchen, which includes a washing machine, a large fridge/freezer, a kettle and a kitchenette with stovetop and oven.
• A bathroom with closed shower and hair-dryer.

Studios:

The Studios can accommodate up to 4 persons. They include:

• A 40 sq. m. space,  below the suite,  with a balcony
• Have the same lay-out as the suite, containing a bedroom, living-room, equipped kitchen and bathroom.
• Can be used as a secondary space for large families or independently for smaller families, as it does not communicate in any way with the master suite.

Both the suites and the studios are equipped with A/C units, television and Wi-Fi Internet. All the windows and balcony exits have protective screens.

Arrival time is at 13.00 and departure time is at 11.00. If you wish to remain after 11.00 (provided there is no impending arrival), there will be a relevant charge.
